Vince is an Articling Student at North Star Legal, practicing in the areas of corporate law, securities, and investment funds. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. 

With a foundation in traditional capital markets, Vince’s curiosity has driven him toward emerging financial innovations. A former Ethereum miner with years of experience in the DeFi space, he brings a unique perspective to the evolving intersection of law and technology.

Before entering the legal profession, Vince co-founded a clothing company that grew to serve clients in over 60 countries. This entrepreneurial journey gave him firsthand insight into the legal, operational, and regulatory challenges businesses face - experience he now channels into delivering pragmatic, business-minded solutions for clients.
