Prior to her role at North Star Solutions, she was the Director of Compliance for an SEC-registered robo-advisor and hedge fund in the US, where she adeptly managed complex regulatory requirements and established strong compliance frameworks.

She has served as Group Compliance Officer at an investment bank and merchant banker and has held significant roles at portfolio management firms and full-service brokerage houses. Kanchan's expertise includes risk management, developing and implementing compliance frameworks, and operationalizing compliance departments to meet regulatory standards.
